  • Clinical Setting: Applicant's inpatient clinical experience must be from an acceptable setting. Examples include ICU, Med/Surg Ward, General Ward, Emergency Dept., Operating Room (OR), Renal/Geriatrics, Dialysis Units, and Nephrology Unit.
